What if I dont like how a page turns out?
We guarantee your satisfaction on every page. We generate the pages as we have shown on our website. Our QA team reviews every conversion before your book is finalised. If a page is faulty and didnt meet the our standards, we regenerate it — no extra charge. If your printed book arrives and something isn't right, we'll reprint it free of charge, no questions asked.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos where faces are clearly visible work best. One main subject per photo is ideal. Don't overthink it — upload whatever you have and our QA team will flag anything that needs a replacement before processing. We'd rather ask than produce a page you're not thrilled with. As a best approach, upload 2-3 additional photos than the number of pages book you selected.
Will my family photos stay private?
Completely. Your photos are uploaded securely and only ever seen by our team. We never share, display, or sell them. Files are AUTOMATICALLY permanently deleted 45 days after your order. Your family's memories are private — that's non-negotiable for us.
How long does it take to arrive?
We process your photos within 48 hours. Digital files are delivered within 48 hours of photo upload.. Physical books then takes 4-5 days for printing and then ship via standard US mail (free, included in your price) and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Can I order extra copies for other family members?
Yes — and extra copies are much cheaper since the artwork is already done. Many families order 2–3 at once so grandparents and other family members each get one. Email us at hello@ministryofmemory.com after ordering for multi-copy pricing. Note: To avail this multi copy discount you need to order this before we delete schedule delete of the backup photos, i.e within 30 days.
